The partnership between Phoenix and magicplan is all about creating a seamless digital workflow for water damage contractors. While Phoenix hardware dries the structure and monitors the environment via DryLINK, magicplan provides the essential visual context: the floor plan. By integrating magicplan’s floor planning tools into the DryLINK ecosystem, restorers can place their smart equipment and sensors onto an accurate map of the property. This makes documentation much more powerful, as it links real-time drying data directly to specific rooms and moisture points, giving adjusters and owners a clear, professional view of the restoration progress.
