About the integration
What it does
Create new magicplan projects automatically when a new project is started in CompanyCam.
Upload photos captured and exported in magicplan directly to the corresponding CompanyCam project.
Sync customer details and location data from CompanyCam into magicplan project fields.
Maintain a consistent photo record across both applications for site documentation.
How it works?
The connection uses Zapier to link CompanyCam and magicplan. When a project is created in CompanyCam, Zapier triggers the creation of a project in magicplan with the same details. Files and images exported from magicplan are then sent back to CompanyCam to be stored with the project photos.
Requirements
Active magicplan account
CompanyCam account
Zapier account
How to set it up
Log in to your Zapier account.
Select CompanyCam and magicplan from the app list.
Choose a trigger from CompanyCam, such as "New Project."
Choose an action for magicplan, such as "Create Project."
Authenticate your CompanyCam and magicplan accounts.
Map the project name and address fields from CompanyCam to magicplan.
Create a second Zap using magicplan "New Export" as the trigger and CompanyCam "Upload Photo" as the action.
Test the connection and turn on the Zaps.
