I downloaded and tried many LiDAR floor plan creation apps and Magicplan is the best. Using iPhone 14 Pro Max, it measured brilliantly and adding colour to rooms was a breeze. They give you two free floor plan spaces so you can relax and thoroughly get to know the app well.

So excited to use this app!! The controls are intuitive. The plans are easy to create, objects are easy to place. I will use this to create plans for full kitchen and bath remodels. I think this will make estimating a lot easier for us as well.

One project is one property or job site, including all floor plans, documentation, exports, and reports.

What’s the minimum number of projects to get started?

Plans start at 10 new projects per month. Each month, you get credits for new projects. If you don’t use them all, they roll over to the next month.

Do unused projects roll over to the next month?

Yes, unused projects do roll over to the next month, allowing you to use them in the following billing cycle.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to better suit your needs. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a limit to the number of users on my account?

No, all plans include unlimited users, allowing you to add as many team members as you need.

What happens if I exceed the number of projects included in my plan?

If you exceed the number of projects in your plan, the extra project(s) will be automatically added to your account for $40 per project. Any overage will be automatically calculated and added to your billing for the next cycle, ensuring uninterrupted access to the additional projects you need.
