About the integration
What it does
Upload exported magicplan files automatically to designated Box folders.
Save new project photos from magicplan to Box as soon as they are exported.
Create new folders in Box automatically when a new project is started in magicplan.
Add comments or event logs in Box based on updates to your magicplan projects.
How it works?
The connection uses Zapier to link Box and magicplan. When you export a file or create a project in magicplan, Zapier sends that information to Box to perform a corresponding action, such as uploading a document or creating a folder structure.
Requirements
Active magicplan account
Box account
Zapier account
How to set it up
Log in to your Zapier account.
Select magicplan and Box from the list of available apps.
Choose a trigger from magicplan, such as "New Export."
Choose an action for Box, such as "Upload File."
Log in to your magicplan and Box accounts to authorize the connection.
Select the Box folder where you want files to be uploaded.
Map the file data from magicplan to the correct fields in Box.
Test the connection and turn on the Zap.
