About the integration
What it does
Create new magicplan projects automatically when a HubSpot deal moves to a specific stage.
Update HubSpot deal records with information from newly exported magicplan projects.
Sync customer names, email addresses, and property locations from HubSpot into magicplan.
Attach exported magicplan reports and images directly to HubSpot deals or contacts.
How it works?
The connection uses Zapier to link HubSpot and magicplan. When a trigger event occurs in HubSpot, such as a deal stage change, Zapier sends the data to magicplan to create a project. You can also set triggers in magicplan to send completed files back to HubSpot.

Active magicplan account
HubSpot account
Zapier account
How to set it up
Log in to your Zapier account.
Select HubSpot and magicplan from the app menu.
Choose a trigger from HubSpot, such as "New Deal in Stage."
Choose an action for magicplan, such as "Create Project."
Log in to your HubSpot and magicplan accounts to authorize the connection.
Map the HubSpot contact and deal properties to the project fields in magicplan.
Test the connection to verify the data transfer and turn on the Zap.
